Moner User Agreement

1. Introduction to Moner Service

Moner is an AI-powered visual content studio designed to assist creators, brands, and small businesses in generating high-quality marketing content efficiently. By using Moner's services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to comply with all the terms and conditions outlined in this User Agreement. Moner provides a seamless experience with no requirement for account registration or login, allowing you to access all core features immediately upon opening the application.

The core functionalities of Moner include, but are not limited to: product photo upload for AI-driven category and feature identification, one-click generation of marketing copy for social media posts, e-commerce listings, 15/30-second video scripts, and poster content; integration of marketing tags (such as "New," "Sale," "Holiday") into generated text in a natural manner; multi-language translation of marketing copy for global campaign deployment; editing, saving, and management of past content creations in the history module; and one-click poster creation to transform text copy into shareable graphic designs.

2. Usage Rights and Responsibilities

You are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable right to use Moner's services for your personal or business marketing purposes, provided that your usage complies with all applicable rules and guidelines set forth in this agreement.

• You agree to use Moner only for legitimate marketing and content creation activities, and shall not use the service for any illegal, harmful, or unethical purposes, including but not limited to creating misleading, defamatory, or infringing content.
• You retain full ownership of the content you create using Moner, including marketing copy, video scripts, and poster designs. However, you acknowledge that Moner retains the right to use anonymized and aggregated data from your usage to improve the AI models and overall service quality, without disclosing any of your personal or business-specific information.
• You are responsible for ensuring that all content generated through Moner complies with the advertising regulations and intellectual property laws of the regions where you intend to use the content. Moner shall not be held liable for any legal issues arising from your use of the generated content.
• You agree not to attempt to reverse engineer, modify, hack, or interfere with any part of the Moner application or its underlying AI systems. Any unauthorized access to Moner's backend systems or data is strictly prohibited.

3. Service Features and Limitations

Moner strives to provide accurate and high-quality content generation services, but the following limitations should be noted:

• The AI's ability to identify product categories and features depends on the quality and clarity of the uploaded product photos. Blurry, low-resolution, or incomplete photos may result in inaccurate identification and suboptimal content generation.
• Marketing tags added to the content generation process are integrated based on AI algorithms, and Moner does not guarantee that the tags will be included in the exact position or format you expect, but will ensure natural integration into the text.
• Multi-language translation features are powered by AI translation models, and while efforts are made to ensure accuracy, Moner does not guarantee perfect linguistic or cultural adaptation for all target languages. It is recommended that you review and edit translated content before use in global campaigns.
• The one-click poster creation feature generates graphics based on pre-designed templates and your copy; customization options are available within the app, but Moner does not offer custom design services beyond the provided templates.

Moner reserves the right to update, modify, or discontinue any feature of the service at any time, with or without prior notice. Major changes to core features will be communicated to users through in-app notifications where possible.

4. Content Management and History

Moner provides a history module for you to edit, save, and manage all content created through the application. The following terms apply to content management:

• Saved content is stored locally on your device by default, unless you choose to enable cloud storage (if available). Moner is not responsible for data loss due to device failure, accidental deletion, or other user-related issues.
• You may edit any generated content at any time to align with your marketing needs, and all edited versions can be saved separately in the history module.
• Moner may set reasonable storage limits for historical content to ensure optimal app performance. You will be notified in advance if your stored content approaches the limit, and you can delete unnecessary content to free up space.

6. Modifications to This Agreement

Moner may update this User Agreement from time to time to reflect changes in the service, technological advancements, or user needs. When significant changes are made, a notification will be displayed within the app, and continued use of Moner after the notification constitutes your acceptance of the revised agreement.

You are encouraged to review this agreement periodically to stay informed of any updates. If you do not agree with the revised terms, you should discontinue the use of Moner's services.
