  • Generated Content: Marketing copy, video scripts, and poster designs you create are stored locally on your device by default. We do not access or store this content unless you choose to enable optional cloud backup features, in which case the content is encrypted and only accessible by you.
  • Usage Data: Anonymized usage data (such as feature usage frequency, content generation types, and device type) may be collected to analyze service performance, identify popular features, and improve AI model accuracy. This data is aggregated and cannot be linked back to individual users.
  • Marketing Tags: Tags like "New," "Sale," or "Holiday" that you add to content generation are only used to customize your generated content and are not stored or shared outside of your current session unless saved with your content on your device.

2. Data Usage and Purpose

Any data collected by Moner is used solely for the following purposes, and no other uses are authorized without your consent:

  • To provide and improve core Moner services, including AI-driven product identification, content generation, multi-language translation, and poster creation.
  • To optimize the user experience by identifying and fixing technical issues, improving feature usability, and adding new functionalities based on anonymized user behavior.
  • To ensure the security and stability of the application, including detecting and preventing fraudulent or abusive usage of the service.

We will never use your data for targeted advertising, sales, or any commercial purposes unrelated to improving Moner's services. While we take all reasonable precautions to protect your data, no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure. You are responsible for taking appropriate measures to protect your device (such as setting a passcode, enabling biometric authentication) to prevent unauthorized access to your local Moner data.

4. Data Retention and Deletion

Moner retains data only for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes outlined in this policy, or as required by applicable laws:

  • Uploaded product photos are deleted from our servers immediately after AI analysis is completed (typically within seconds to minutes). No photos are stored permanently on our servers.
  • Anonymized usage data is retained for up to 12 months to analyze long-term service trends, after which it is aggregated into permanent statistical data with no individual user identifiers.
  • Locally stored content (generated copy, scripts, posters) remains on your device until you manually delete it. Moner does not have the ability to delete local data from your device.
  • If you enable cloud backup, your content is retained in encrypted form until you request deletion or disable the cloud backup feature, at which point the data is permanently deleted from our cloud servers within 72 hours.

5. Your Privacy Rights

As a user of Moner, you have the following rights regarding your data and privacy:
